Hero:Yulia AND Noise:Bubbles

Yulia-

Bold.

All her life, strange things have happened all around her.
She always seems to be having a stroke of good luck, seeing that everything always goes in her favor, but she never really notices. Also, she has the ability to see into the future and know what people are thinking about, but she doesnt realize that nobody else can do those things. If she ever explored her powers more, she would find that she also had the capability to control people with her mind.

She lives with foster parents, because her real parents both supposedly died right after she was born.

Everyone see's her as ironic and interesting, because contrary to her what her image says, she is the top of her class in one of the most notable universities in all of Japan.
She doesnt talk much, but when she does say something, it should be remembered, because it is probably something extremely important. She's always willing to help people, and usually, they are more than blown away to be helped by her.

Also, she has the power to control Bubbles.


Bubbles-

Come in all sizes.

Nobody fully understands what Bubbles are capable of doing, but it is known that they somehow have the power to alter people's fate. Most people find them cute and adorable, but those who are more knowledgable about them know to carefully consider their presence; it is believed that if someone comes in direct contact with a Bubble, they will either cause amazingly good luck or terribly bad luck.

Also, they have a strange attraction to Yulia. It would not be uncommon to see at least five Bubbles surrounding her.

ok so this is it!! my contest entry for The World Ends With You!!

wow i worked really hard on this, considering that i have a million and 7 things going on right now.

i think i might draw/color like this more often. i really like it!

*EDIT* i added that blue backlight thing. i realized that since there's a blue light on the bubbles, it should be on the girl, too.
